package recipient.

3.- No C.O.D.
4.- No returns will be accepted without written
authorisation.
5.- All orders are F.O.B. Mexico, City.
6.- All our prices are in U.S. dollars.
7.- Unless otherwise specified, we ship with the
following couriers: UPS, FEDEX, DHL, EMS.
8.- For orders with logo imprint please send your logo
to our fax in Mexico City (52) 55 55 21 21 20 or send it to
our e-mail address: support@florencia.com
Your order with logo imprint will be ready 5 days
after receiving payment.
