How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the destination. For example a box that weighs approximately. 44 lb. and is shipped to California by either UPS, FEDEX, or DHL would cost $80.00 US dollars. Also we can ship through any courier of your preference, postal service or any consolidated air freight company.

How many days does it take for the package to arrive?
To the United States between 3 to 5 days

To Europe between 8 and 10 days.

Does the merchandise have any type of guarantee?
All of our merchandise is first class and is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect. To claim any defective merchandise it has to be done within the next 3 days of receiving the package. You should contact our office in order to get a refund number.

What are the methods of payment?
We take the following major credit cards, American Express, Visa and Master Card. Or Send us a check with US funds.

If I request a custom made logo on my merchandise how long will it take you to send it?
After we receive the approval of your logo it will take 12 days to send you the merchandise. Subsequent orders will be supplied in 8 days

Is their and extra charge for custom made logos?
No, There is charge, it is TOTALLY FREE !
